This workshop provides an introduction to stress, describing what it is, and how to recognise the symptoms of stress.  An opportunity is provided to consider your own stress levels, and a few techniques and practices that will help with managing stress are introduced.  This is primarily an information giving day and is unlikely to resolve all your stress related issues.  It does however provide a good start to understanding stress, provides some steps that can be taken immediately to alleviate stress, and also offers some pointers towards further steps that can be taken if desired.
